Memorial Health Center is 50% owned by the community and 50% by our system strategic partner, Aspirus. Our governing board includes equal representation between physicians, administrative Aspirus leaders, and public members who represent a range of expertise in numerous businesses and industries.

Memorial Health Center’s mission is to provide health care services of high value and promote health and wellness so that we are the provider of choice for area residents.
