If you have a:

scheduled appointment for a hospital service,
scheduled appointment with a physician at Memorial Health Center Clinics - Medford,
wish to visit a patient in the hospital, or
need to utilize the Urgent Care Services

please enter the new facility through the Main entrance and stop at the Registration desk to 'check-in'. Darla, Jenny or Amanda will greet you at the Registration desk from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

NOTE: There is an incline to the main entrance. If you need a level walking/parking environment, you may park in the Emergency entrance parking spaces and enter our facility through the Emergency Entrance. Proceed to the general Registration desk.
