"I always look forward to our visits."
Since 1967, Memorial Health Center has had a soft spot for the children of our community. We have medical professionals and programs (therapeutic and educational) that specialize in children’s health, including care for children with a variety of disabilities including ADHD, dyslexia, autism, diabetes, obesity, and speech challenges.
Memorial Health Center employs several board-certified and children-loving pediatricians. Pediatricians are doctors, who treat the physical, emotional and social health of newborns to young adults. They help children and parents with a wide range of services from well childcare and developmental screens to the diagnosis and treatment of serious illness. Pediatricians offer information and support to families and walk with them as they celebrate milestones and sometimes face medical crises. They will discuss your kid’s ailments, immunizations, thumb sucking, bedwetting, and changes during puberty.
If you prefer, you may choose a Family Medicine specialist for your child. Family Medicine practitioners manage the unique health needs of each family member (infant to senior), offering diagnoses, medical guidance and treatments that shape the best care possible. What is the difference between a Family Medicine physician and a Pediatrician? Pediatricians have a certified specialty in children’s health.
At Memorial Health Center, we promote the integrity, respect, and well being of children through our quality of care. Our physicians, nurses, clinicians and educators are committed to helping children reach their full potential - a healthy and happy life.
