Position: Director of Pharmacy

Position Status: Part Time or Full Time
Hours: F M - F days, occasional other days/time to meet the departments needs.
Referral Bonus: $1,000.00

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, WI Pharmacist License. Two years experience as a Pharmacist. Detail oriented, ability to work with varied IT systems. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to lead projects and develop self-directed work team. Prefer PharmD, MS or MBA. Pharmacy Practice Residency w/ emphasis in informatics and technology assessment. Two year pharmacy dept. management experience serving nursing home.
