Position: C.O.T.A (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)
Location/Department: Therapy Services
FTE: 0.8
Position Status: Full Time
Hours: M - F occasional weekends, hours will be between 7 am - 5 pm.
Referral Bonus: $160

Qualifications:
Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant school; Current CPR certification; WI licensure; NBCOT certification. Able to carry out OT treatment plans under general supervision, able to work with minimal supervision in multiple settings. Prefer 3 + years experience in acute, sub-acute, and long-term care.
