Position: Physical Therapist

Position Status: Full Time
Hours: M - F 7 am - 5:30 pm; eight hour days Occasional holidays and weekends.
Referral Bonus: $1,000

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree of Applied Science in PT, WI State License. CPR Certified. Manual therapy skills and functional exercise philosophy preferred. prefer two years experience.
