To help ensure that you have what you need, you can anticipate that our senior leadership team and middle management team will, on a regular basis, ask: What is going well? --- Is there anyone that should be recognized for assisting you or for going above & beyond? --- Are there opportunities for improvement and in what way? From your responses, we will do what we can to implement the improvements needed for high achievement, excellent care, and excellent patient satisfaction scores.
To assist us in identifying and employing the best in healthcare professionals and ancillary staff, you will be required to read and sign our Standards of Behavior Contract (PDF) If anything noted in the Standards contract conflicts with your beliefs or you are not able to comply with one or more of the behaviors listed, we would suggest that Memorial Health Center is not the right organization for you.
