Community Charity Care Program

In accordance with Memorial Health Center's purpose of addressing healthcare concerns in the community, Memorial Health Center will provide a discount program for accounts of uninsured patients receiving hospital or clinic services.

A patient's concern regarding a hospital bill should never get in the way of him or her receiving essential health services.

Memorial Health Center's policies; Uninsured Discount Program, and Financial Aid Discount (Community Charity Care), are attached for your convenience, review, and utilization.
