Tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs) include:

  • Amitriptyline (Elavil and Vanatrip)
  • Amoxapine (Asendin)
  • Clomipramine (Anafranil)
  • Desipramine (Norpramin)
  • Doxepin (Sinequan oral and Zonalon topical cream)
  • Imipramine (Tofranil-PM and Tofranil)
  • Nortriptyline (Aventyl and Pamelor)
  • Protriptyline (Vivactil)
  • Trimipramine (Surmontil)
